Role and responsibilities:
� Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue quota
� Responsible for managing an existing territory and growing this territory maximizing short term revenue while building a pipeline through demonstrated account planning
� Capable of closing contracts from $50k-$1m
� Ability to deal manage partners, professional services and other organizations
� Ability to work with a sales engineering team and other areas of nCipher in closing complex data security opportunities.

Experience Required
� Consistent Quota attainment selling security solutions
� 5+ years experience selling software and related products and services
� Understanding of data protection and encryption technologies
� Direct selling experience with a "hunter" mentality
� Experience working multi tiered and multi divisional corporations
� Established contacts in the North West and an intimate knowledge of the territory
� Formal sales training such as Sandler, Miller-Heinman or Solution Selling would be an added bonus
� Excellent customer focus with strong attention to detail and an ability to operate in a dynamic fast growing organization
� Self starter qualities with strong business ethics and a sense of professionalism.
